4. Delivery, Returns and Consumer Rights
Orders are dispatched using reputable postal services. Where available, proof of postage and delivery confirmation or tracking information will be retained.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible, providing your order number together with clear photographs of the product and its packaging.
If an order is reported as lost in transit, we reserve the right to investigate with the delivery provider before issuing any replacement or refund.
Nothing within these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Where customers exercise their legal right to cancel an eligible online purchase, returned goods must be unused, undamaged and returned in their original condition. Unless the goods are faulty, incorrect or otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for return postage costs.
